Mandolinero is born from the union of two typical products of Avola: the local almond and Nero d’Avola wine.
Our small family-run farm, located in the Avola area—the birthplace of the Nero d’Avola grape variety—has been preserving and promoting the history and tradition of this iconic wine for four generations. Mandolinero, the new dessert wine flavored with almond and made from Nero d’Avola I.G. Terre Siciliane. A sweet flavor created by the union of bitter almond essence and the marasca cherry notes of Nero d’Avola.
