The family-run winery also includes a barrel cellar where our Nero d’Avola D.O.C. completes its aging process and where it is possible to taste the Nero d’Avola wine along with other typical local products. Our winery has been producing intense red wines, like Nero d’Avola “Eloro”, as well as Inzolia white and Moscato since the late 1700s.
The wine is produced mainly from grapes harvested mainly on the company’s estate in the Bonvini district, which consists of 10 hectares of vineyards from which the high quality Eloro D.O.C. wine is obtained, using dry-farming, bush vines and a medium espalier.
