Ottenuto da uve Nero d' Avola in purezza, raccolte prevalentemente nella tenuta aziendale di contrada Bonivini, ove le favorevoli caratteristiche pedoclimatiche assicurano la giusta maturazione dell'uva.
Wine growing has been an occupation in Avola since ancient times. This fine wine has been called Liberty after the art to be found in our town. You can, in fact,see depictions of grapevines sculpted on the capitals and the archtraves of the art-nouveau style houses of the town.
